Paquet’s Complete Omega 3-6-9 is an effective combination of essential fatty acids derived from Wild Fish Oil (Omega-3), Evening Primrose Oil (Omega-6) and Flaxseed Oil (Omega-9).

Omega 3 and 6 are essential fatty acids as they cannot be produced by the human body and need to be obtained from food or supplements. The benefits from these fatty acids – DHA, EPA and GLA – can be found in Paquet’s Omega 3-6-9.
